The Details

The Challenge

In this bathroom remodel, the main challenge was executing the client’s design, which required completely rearranging the layout to maximize the small space. This involved relocating plumbing and electrical systems, but the biggest challenge was repositioning the drainage pipes, as their original path ran in the opposite direction of the joists.

The Solution

The solution was to strategically modify the structure by relocating a couple of joists to allow the pipes to pass through while ensuring a functional design without compromising the structural integrity of the house. While challenging, it took our team a few days to find the best solution. The customer was pleased with our suggestions and the end result.
